Meet our CEO - Kevin Nguyen

What started out with only a fold up table inside of a garage, Kevin Nguyen (17) embarked on a journey that would turn into his career and passion. Kevin developed his fascination at the age of 12 while helping out a bathroom contractor to help support his family. From a young age, Kevin had a strive for personal connection and knew he wanted to incorporate that in his firm. 

         Kevin started working under construction management at the age of 16 and took every opportunity he could get to learn and adapt into the construction field. While working with other companies, he was attentive in seeing how they worked with clients. He knew then and there what he wanted for his company. Kevin makes it his priority to not only to give his best work, but to be personable and make relationships with all of his clients. 

       As a full-time college student with bills to pay, Kevin was working paycheck to paycheck to make ends meet while pursuing his dream. This led to the launch of Capital Development in 2019. A realtor who believed in Kevin's drive to success, took the leap and helped Kevin make Capital Development a thriving business.         

       Although Capital Development has come a long way, we as a team take every day a learning opportunity to further grow our company. We pride ourselves on having a team who not only puts out their best effort, but a team that genuinely enjoys their profession. Now in 2023, we are a successful business with an amazing process that makes Capital Development stand out in a competitive field.
