Working with Us
Step 1: Connect
To properly assist our clients, our first step is to head out to the site and conduct a proper assessment of the scope of work. These initial introductions provide an opportunity for us and for you to decide if we are the right fit for each other. From there, a preliminary proposal will be sent for review.
Step 2: Design
Upon the acceptance of the proposal, we invite our clients to our showroom. There we discuss and make selections based on what our clients desire for their homes. Our showroom features top of the line materials and popular industry trends. Based on project size, our design team will explore, and curate construction designs based on our clients' specifications.
Step 3: Construct
Shortly after signing the final contract and composing all necessary construction documents, Capital Development begins our intricate construction process. We pride ourselves in proper planning and management. With the use of Buildertrend, an app designed for scheduling, communication, and document storage, our team and project managers seek to ensure our clients are satisfied throughout the duration of the project.
